Steps for filling up the Online Registration Form for

Admission in Class : XI

Academic Session : 2016-17

Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding for online filling up the Registration Form for Class XI - Provisional Admission.

1. Registration Form to be filled up in Block Letters only , through the link “Admission”

2. Check the details carefully before submitting the Registration Form. Mobile number should be 10 digits. choice of Subject Combination should be numeric. Do not prefix Mr., Mrs. , Miss. etc. , no correction is allowed after the submission of the form.

3. Take the Print out of Registration Form after online submission.

4. Attach the following documents with the Print Out of the Registration Form:

a) Photograph (Passport size) to be pasted in the specified box, if not uploaded.

b) Self attested copies of Mark sheets/Grade sheets of School Conducted/ Board Conducted Examination of Class-X for CBSE and Board Examination of Class-X for students other than CBSE Board.

5. Submit the print out of the Form duly signed, self attested copies of the Marksheet/Gradesheet of Class X and the Registration Fees of Rs. 500/- to the school office as per the given schedule.

6. Date of Interview : 04/06/2016 & 05/06/2016

Time of Interview will be intimated during the submission of Registration Form.

No request for change in the schedule of Interview will be entertained.

It is Compulsory to submit the print out of the Registration Form duly signed along with the Registration fees and self attested copies of mark sheets/Grade sheets within the stipulated date ,i.e by 03.06.2021 failing which, online submitted Registration Form will stand null and void.

PLEASE NOTE :

1. Students of CBSE Board will enter the Grades of School Conducted/Board Conducted Examination(Total) of Class-X and Marks obtained in Board Examination of Class-X for students other than CBSE Board, while filling the online Registration Form.

2. Separate Registration should be done for Science and Commerce stream.

3. ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 30.05.2016 to 03.06.2016

AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE ON 03.06.2021 AT 11:00AM.
